"Many rivers move along the surface of the magnet" is the first release by Michael NORTHAM, an American artist living in Seattle. It contains two long pieces of Droning ambient and abstract sounds, brillantly constructed during the summer of 1995, from a master of the genre. The sound-sources don't feature on the cover, but probably came from manipulated concrete sounds and acoustic instruments, such as various gongs,.... If you still don't know M.NORTHAM, this album is very close in its approach to those from another master: ORGANUM. Housed in a very nice and original packaging made of paper, cardboard and metal. Complete, with insert. Limited Handnumbured edition to 365 copies. Near mint condition.
