HATI is an audiovisual project based on sound of ethnic instruments from all over the world as well as hand-made instruments or found objects. HATI forms a link between a personal interest in modern improvised and acoustic music with ritual and meditation. They have performed many times in Poland, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, England and on many international festivals.
"Die Mechanik, Die!" was recorded during HATI' performance at "The Mechanik" in Gdansk on 10.01.2007. The sound and ambiance in this release differ from other HATI releases as the characteristic trance-gong-drone music has been saturated with electronic sounds and enriched with dark ambient drones. Heavy backgrounds are perfectly harmonised with trance and mechanical instrumental variations. 6 tracks/46'30. Comes in digipack.
