Recorded "live in studio" on November 18th 2007 as a collaboration work between the Parisian band LENA CIRCUS and the Japanese (female) singer Hiroko KOMIYA, "Toki No Arika" contains seven songs for a total time of 56 mn. Only acoustic instruments were used for this session, without any electronic support, except some effects : drums, percussions, objects, guitar, yukulele, flute, and female voices. The result is an intimistic piece of sounds, experimental, sensitive, full of emotions, at the cross between experimental music and traditional Japanese music. We often think about the D.D.A.A. cult album "Action and Japanese demonstration" listening to this release. Brillant.
